Abstract
Međuljudski su odnosi važni u životu svakoga čovjeka stoga je potrebno razvijati odnose i u poslovnom okruženju. Kada je riječ o poslovnim odnosima, vrlo je važno da se osobe koje sudjeluju u razgovoru i ostalim aktivnostima međusobno razumiju. Značajnu ulogu u svim vrstama poslovnih odnosa ima komunikacija, odnosno izmjena informacija u kojoj sudjeluju najmanje dvije osobe. Komunikacija je u projektnom menadžmentu važna jer može ujediniti sve menadžerske uloge i povezati tvrtku s njezinim unutarnjim i vanjskim sudionicima. Kako bi došlo do ostvarenja projekta u projektnom menadžmentu, potrebno je primijeniti i razviti vještine dobre komunikacije i kvalitetnih poslovnih odnosa. Sve to postiže projektni menadžer koji učinkovito vodi projektni tim. Cilj je ovoga rada sintetizirati pojmove poslovnih odnosa, komunikacije i projektnog menadžmenta, detaljno ih objasniti i opisati njihove funkcije i obilježja, pronaći njihova zajednička obilježja i poveznice.
Abstract (english)
ABSTRACT Interpersonal relationships are important in every person's life, so it is necessary to develop relationships in business environment as well. When it comes to business relations, it is very important, that the people participating in the conversation and other activites understand each other. Accordingly, a significant role in all types of business relations has communication and it is exchange of information in which a two people participate. Also, communication is important in project management because it can unite all managerial functions and can conncet company with its internal and external stakeholders. In order to realize a project in project management, it is necessary to apply and develop the skills of good communication and quality business relations. All of this can achieve a project manager, who effectively leads the project team. The goal of this paper is to synthesize the concepts of business relations, communicaton and project management, to explain them in detail and to decribe their functions and features, to find their common features and links.
