Abstract | Za menadžment konzalting može se reći da je usluga koja se može prodati ili kupiti, zasnovana na znanju. Kroz tu uslugu klijentu se pruža ciljana pomoć i neovisno savjetovanje o različitim pitanjima vezanim uz upravljanje organizacijom. Nastavno na navedeno, cilj ovoga rada bio je istražiti razvijenost menadžment konzaltinga na tržištu Republike Hrvatske. Naime, u Republici Hrvatskoj, uz brojne međunarodne i domaće konzultantske tvrtke, trenutno se nalazi preko 80000 aktivnih subjekata u obrtu pri čemu se više od 5000 bavi upravljačkim djelatnostima, odnosno savjetovanjem u vezi s upravljanjem. Više od 1900 obrta bavi se savjetovanjem u vezi s upravljanjem kao pretežitom djelatnošću. Kako bi se na pitanje o razvijenosti odgovorilo provedeno je istraživanje u okviru kojega su osmišljene dvije ankete te jedan dubinski intervju. U prvoj anketi sudjelovali su bivši i sadašnji studenti Akademije za umjetnost i kulturu u Osijeku. U drugoj anketi i intervjuu sudjelovale su osobe koje su već imale određeno predznanje o temi menadžment konzaltinga, tj. poslovnom savjetovanju. Većina ispitanika složila se da je menadžment konzalting na tržištu Republike Hrvatske nerazvijen (72,13% ispitanika iz prve i 70% iz druge ankete te ispitanica u intervjuu). Nedovoljna medijska prisutnost i upućenost javnosti u definiciju pojma te slaba svijest o potrebi angažiranja konzultanata samo su neki od problema koje su ispitanici naveli. Uz to, ispitanici su također naveli i neke moguće načine kako bi se menadžment konzalting mogao poboljšati poput dodatne edukacije, organizacije skupova i konferencija, standardiziranja usluga, bolje promocije itd. |
Abstract (english) | For management consulting we can say that it is a service based on knowledge that can be sold or purchased. Through this service, the client is provided with targeted assistance and independent counseling on various questions related to managing an organization. Following the above, the aim of this paper was to explore development of management consulting on the market of the Republic of Croatia. Namely, in the Republic of Croatia, in addition to numerous international and domestic consulting companies, there are currently over 80,000 active entities in the trade sector, with more than 5,000 engaged in management activities, i.e., management consulting. In case of more than 1,900 trades management consulting is their predominant activity. In order to answer the question about development, a reserch was conducted in which two surveys and one in-depth interview were designed. Former and current students at the Academy of Arts and Culture in Osijek participated in the first survey. The second survey and interview involved people who already had some prior knowledge of the topic of management consulting, i.e. business advisory. The majority of examinees agreed that management consulting in the market of the Republic of Croatia is underdeveloped (72,13% of examinees from the first survey, 70% of examinees from the second survey and also the female respondent from the interview). Insufficient media presence and public knowledge of the definition of management consulting, as well as low awareness about the need to hire consultants, are just some of the problems pointed out by examinees.Furthermore, examinees also mentioned some possible ways in which the position of management consulting could be improved, such as additional education, organization of meetings and conferences, standardization of services, better promotion, etc. |
