Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je glazbeno-scensko djelo „Ars Meandrum“ koje se bavi nastankom grada Osijeka kroz prizmu božice Tihe i Dravusa. Djelo je pisano za lirski bariton (Dravus), mezzo-sopran (Tiha), mješoviti zbor i klavirsku pratnju. Muzički motivi i teme koji se prožimaju kroz djelo služe kao prikaz repetativne problematike Osijeka i okolice koja je prisutna kroz cjelokupnu povijest grada. Koloristički efekti su stvoreni miješanjem različitih glazbenih utjecaja i stilova nastoji prikazati stvaranje grada bogate povijesti i mnogobrojnih eksternih kulturnih utjecaja.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this final paper is a piece of music for a play called „Ars Meandrum“. The main subject of the libretto is the origin of the city Osijek through the eyes of the godess Tihe and Dravus. It is written for a lyrical baritone (Dravus), mezzo-soprano (Tiha), mixed choir and piano accompaniment. Musical motives and themes which reoccur throughout the piece serve as auditive evidence of repetative problems which Osijek faced through out it's entire history. Effects of sound coloring are achieved by mixing various musical influences and styles in an attempt to present the creation of a city with rich history and many external cultural influences.
