Abstract
Pojam glazbeni festivali asociraju na ljeto, turističke destinacije, zabavu te atraktivne marketinške reklame iz razloga što su usko povezani s navedenim pojmovima. Planiranje glazbenih festivala, a i njihova realizacija zahtijevaju rješavanje vrlo teških i zahtjevnih zadataka, proučavanje proteklih festivala i razvoj budućih festivala, što iziskuje kreativnost cijelog logističkog tima, praćenje trendova, turističkih kretanja i interesa potencijalnih posjetitelja. More glazbenih festivala organiziraju se upravo radi privlačenja velikog broja posjetitelja koji će biti spremni doputovati s drugog kraja svijeta kako bi prisustvovali jednom takvom događaju, dok organizatori festivala imaju za zadatak zadovoljiti sve potrebe posjetitelja i priuštiti mu iskustvo koje će pamtiti. Veći broj posjetitelja donosi i više novca turističkoj destinaciji, što dovodi do razvoja destinacije i pridonosi boljitku domaće zajednice. Postoji cijela lista aspekata koje organizator mora istražiti i organizirati kako bi posjetitelji festivala dobili maksimalno zadovoljstvo. To su tehnička oprema koja će omogućiti nesmetanu produkciju glazbe, infrastruktura koja će olakšati kretanje i boravak posjetitelja u određenoj turističkoj destinaciji, marketinški miks kojim će organizator stvoriti priču o festivalu, festivalska tradicija, ali i usluga koju su posjetitelji spremni platiti za nezaboravno iskustvo. Za što bolji festivalski rezultat, važno je proučiti uspješne glazbene festivale iz Hrvatske i svijeta koji su već razrađeni, uočiti eventualne pogreške i tako unaprijediti svoju organizaciju festivala. Glazbeni se festivali smatraju brendom destinacije koji potiču mlađe stanovništvo da putuju i da se zabave. Less
Abstract (english)
The term music festivals is associated with summer, tourist destinations, entertainment, attractive marketing advertisements. This is because they are closely related to those terms, but they also mean much more. The planning of music festivals, as well as the realization itself, require the solving of very difficult and demanding tasks, the study of past festivals and the development of future ones, requires the creativity of the entire logistics team, monitoring trends, tourist trends... More and the interests of potential visitors. Attractive events such as music festivals are organized precisely to attract a large number of visitors who will be ready to travel from the other side of the world to attend such an event, and the festival organizers have the task of meeting all the needs of visitors and providing them with an experience they will remember. A larger number of visitors brings more money to the tourist destination, which leads to the development of the destination and contributes to the betterment of the local community. There is a whole list of aspects that the organizer has to research and organize in order to give the visitors maximum satisfaction. These are, for example, technical equipment that will enable smooth music production, infrastructure that will facilitate the movement and stay of visitors in a certain tourist destination, another important aspect is the marketing mix with which the organizer will create a story about the festival, the festival tradition and the service that visitors are willing to pay for Unforgetable experience. For the best possible result, it is necessary to study successful music festivals from Croatia and the world that have already been developed, to spot possible mistakes and thus improve your festival organization.
