Abstract | U ovom diplomskom radu 'Analiza statusa samostalnih umjetnika u Hrvatskoj – vidljivost i promocija u medijima' objasnit će se značenje pojmova kulturna i kreativna industrija, umjetnost, umjetnik, samostalni i slobododni umjetnici, status samostalnih umjetnika u Hrvatskoj, njihova prava te sve što se njih tiče, pa tako i medijski termini, poput odnosi s javnošću, komunikacija i
modeli komunikacije, kao i komunikacijske tehnike i alati te pobliže pojašnjenje termina ciljane publike i ključnih poruka, promocije, samopromocije, publiciteta i na kraju sam pojam pravne osobe i/ili tvrtke kroz njen identitet, imidž i reputaciju. Glavna tema i problematika ovog diplomskog rada je saznanje o statusu samostalnih umjetnika u Hrvatskoj, njihov put i život kroz život umjetnika i samostalnih umjetnika te će se, uz metodu provedbe dubinskog intervjua i analize istoga, proći kroz raznolikih 24 (dvadeset četiri) pitanja o njihovom umjetničkom području, njihovom radu, stavu i mišljenju o pravima, zakonima, potporama i samoj vidljivosti u svijetu medija, publike i Republike Hrvatske. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je ući u svijet umjetnika i vidjeti kakve su problematike statusa istih u našoj državi te približiti i razumjeti radne uvjete i odnose, uz sama mišljenja ispitanika o njihovom radu, potporama Republike Hrvatske i državljana i provjeriti kako sami ispitanici vide stare i nove medije kao ispomoć u radu. Način ispunjenja cilja, to jest provođenja metodoloških okvira je kroz dubinski intervju sa samostalnim umjetnicima u kojima su oni podijelili svoja iskustva. Dobiveni rezultati istraživanja pokazali su njihova mišljenja, želje o poboljšanju vida umjetnika neumjetnika i njihove publike te su ukazali na probleme svih umjetničkih udruga i manjke i viške promocije i vidljivosti u medijima. |
Abstract (english) | In this master's thesis "Status analysis of croatian independent artists – media visibility and promotion", the meaning of the terms cultural and creative industry, art, artist, independent and freelance artists, the status of independent artists in Croatia, their rights, and everything that it concerns them, and of course also media terms such as public relations, communication and communication models as well as communication techniques and tools, and a closer explanation of the terms target audience and key messages, promotion, self-promotion and publicity, and lastly the very concept of a legal entity and/or company through its identity, image and reputation will be explained. The main topic and issue of this thesis is to find out about the status of independent artists in Croatia, their journey and life as artists and independent artists, and with the method of conducting an in-depth interview and analysis of the same, we will go through a variety of 24 (twenty-four) questions about their artistic area, their work, attitude and opinion about rights, laws, support and visibility in the world media, the public and the Republic of Croatia. The goal of this thesis is to enter the world of artists and see what kind of problems their status is in our country, and to bring closer and understand the working conditions and relationships, along with the opinions about their work, the support of the Republic of Croatia and its citizens, and how the respondents themselves see old and new media. as a work aid. The way to fulfill the goal, that is, to implement methodological frameworks, is through an in-depth interview with independent artists in which they shared their experiences. The obtained results of the research showed their opinions, wishes about improving the vision of artists by non-artists and their audience, pointed out the problems of all art associations and less and more promotion and visibility in the media. |
