Abstract
U radu Zaustavljene strukture analizirat ćemo moje umjetničko djelo, koje je nastalo pod utjecajem radoznalosti, eksperimentiranja i tehničkog znanja koje sam razvijala tijekom protekle tri godine na fakultetu. Rad se sastoji od tri slike na medijapanu, realizirane tehnikom spajanja karakteristika grafičke i slikarske umjetnosti radi postizanja željene atmosfere crnog filma. Za stvaranje takve atmosfere najprikladnija je slikarska tehnika chiaroscuro, koja oblicima i motivima pridodaje trodimenzionalnost putem igre svjetla i sjene. Ovaj rad naglašava potrebu za dubljim introspektivnim razmatranjem vlastitog doživljaja i iskustva kroz istraživanje svih mogućnosti slikarstva i grafičke tehnike akvatinte, te spoja te dvije tehnike u cjelinu.
Abstract (english)
In the work Paused Structures we will analyze my artistic creation, which emerged under the influence of curiosity, experimentation, and technical knowledge I developed over the past three years at the university. The work consists of three images on medium-density fiberboard, realized through the technique of merging characteristics of graphic and painterly arts to achieve the desired atmosphere of film noir. The spirit of this atmosphere is most naturally suited to the chiaroscuro painting technique, which imparts three-dimensionality to forms and motifs through the depiction of light and shadow.This piece emphasizes the need for a deeper introspective consideration of one's own experiences through the exploration of various possibilities within the realms of painting and the graphic technique of aquatint, as well as the fusion of these two techniques into a cohesive whole.
