Abstract
Pojam kompetencija često možemo čuti u svakodnevnom govoru, osobito u području odgoja i obrazovanja, a često i u ostalim područjima ljudskoga djelovanja. Postoji mnogo definicija i različitih tumačenja no ipak ona imaju i brojna zajednička obilježja. Kompetencije možemo definirati kao skup znanja i vještina, odnosno sposobnosti koje smo stekli za određenu funkciju, bilo to u svakodnevnom životu ili na radnome mjestu. Neki autori smatraju da nastavničke kompetencije podrazumijevaju stručnost... More koja je temeljena na znanju, sposobnostima i vrijednostima koje će biti u funkciji pedagoškog djelovanja. Nastavničke kompetencije možemo podijeliti na pedagoške, didaktičko-metodičke i profesionalne. Glazbeni pedagozi trebali bi posjedovati određena znanja iz glazbene pedagogije, teorije glazbe, znanja o povijesnim razdobljima i stilovima, skladateljima, harmoniji itd. Metodičke kompetencije glazbenih pedagoga mogu biti: usvajanje pjesme po sluhu i retrogradno po notama, usvajanje glazbenih igara i plesa, stjecanje osnovnih obavijesti o notnom pismu, stjecanje vještine sviranja, aktivno slušanje glazbe i posredno upoznavanje glazbeno-izražajnih sastavnica i muzikoloških sadržaja, primjena računala u glazbi te organiziranje školskih ansambala. Novo obrazovno razdoblje stavilo je na iskušenje mnoge nastavnike, a i učenike od proljeća 2020. godine kada je glavni oblik obrazovanja preuzela tzv. online nastava ili nastava na daljinu. Za glazbene pedagoge, kao i sve ostale nastavnike, ova je promjena iskazala važnost IKT kompetencija i otvorila potrebu za njihovim usvajanjem i kvalitetnom implementacijom. Less
Abstract (english)
The word competency is frequently used in common conversation, particularly in relation to education and upbringing but also frequently in other spheres of human endeavor. Although there are many definitions and ways to understand something, they all share similar characteristics. Competencies are a collection of information and skills, i.e. that we have gained for a certain purpose, whether it be in daily life or the workplace. According to some authors, a teacher's competencies are built... More on knowledge, skills, and values that are relevant to the pedagogical activity. The categories of teacher competencies are professional, didactic-methodical, and pedagogical. The understanding of historical eras and styles, composers, harmony, and other topics should all be possessed by music educators. The following are examples of the methodological skills of music educators: teaching songs by ear and notation retrograde, teaching musical games and dance, learning the fundamentals of musical notation, learning how to play an instrument, active listening to music and indirect familiarization with musical-expressive elements and musicological contents, use of computers in music, and organizing school ensembles. Since the spring of 2020, the new educational period has put many teachers and students to the test when the main form of education replaced what is commonly referred to as online or remote learning. For music pedagogues, like all other teachers, this change showed the importance of ICT competencies and the need for their implementation. Less
