Abstract
Cilj rada je istražiti, metodom analize sadržaja, dostupnu stručnu i znanstvenu literaturu koja opisuje razvoj i primjenu muzikoterapije u radu s adolescentima koji imaju probleme i poremećaje u ponašanju te fiziološke i psihološke aspekte utjecaja glazbe na mlade. Dakle, svrha rada jest dati pregled relevantne literature, raspraviti o dosadašnjim istraživanjima te razmotriti perspektivu i pravce razvoja za širu primjenu u praksi. Uzevši u obzir oskudnost pretražene literature, a osobito manjkavost opisa terapijskih tretmana i načina procjene učinka, u radu je dan ogledni primjer primjene Nordoff-Robbins modela terapije, sve faze postupka, dokumentiranje i procjena IMTAP protokolom, a koju je autor provodio kroz kliničku praksu. Odrastanje, razvoj i gradnja identiteta na prijelazu iz djetinjstva u pubertet mogu uzrokovati sve češće poremećaje u ponašanju, a stručnjaci upozoravaju na važnost rane detekcije kako se ti poremećaji ne bi poslije razvili u teža psihička i mentalna oboljenja. Stoga je muzikoterapija koristan alat u ranoj detekciji takvih problema kod djece i mladih, prevenciji i suzbijanju štetnih posljedica za mlade. Upravo je zato važno muzikoterapiju učiniti dostupnom mladima – ovdje i sada.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the work is to investigate, using the method of content analysis, accessible professional and scientific literature that describes the development and application of Music Therapy in working with adolescents who have problems and behavioral disorders, as well as the physiological and psychological aspects of the influence of music on young people. Therefore, the purpose of the paper is to provide an overview of the relevant literature, to discuss the previous research, and to consider the perspective and directions of development for wider application in practice. Considering the paucity of the searched literature, and especially the lack of descriptions of therapeutic treatments and methods of effect assessment, the paper provides an exemplary application of the Nordoff-Robbins model of therapy, all stages of the procedure, documentation and assessment with the IMTAP protocol, which is carried out by the authors through clinical practice. Growing up, developing and building an identity during the transition from childhood to the sphere of puberty results in increasingly frequent behavioral disorders, and experts warn of the importance of early detection so that these disorders do not later develop into more serious psychological and mental disorders. Therefore, music therapy is a useful tool in the early detection of such problems in children and young people, prevention and suppression of harmful consequences for young people. That is why it is important that music therapy should be made available to young people "here and now".
