Abstract
U ovom će se diplomskom radu najprije definirati pojam menadžmenta ljudskih resursa, kao i teorije i modeli koji imaju utjecaj na poslovanje. U nastavku rada, objasnit će se pojam institucija kulture te njihova uloga u društvu i način na koji posluju. Nakon objašnjena bitnih pojmova, objasnit će se menadžment ljudskih resursa u institucijama kulture. Podijeljeno je na ključne aspekte: regrutiranje i selekcija, obuka i razvoj zaposlenika, motivacija i nagrađivanje, upravljanje performansama i organizacijska kultura i klima. Zatim će se opisati svi izazovi i prilike s kojima se menadžment ljudskih resursa u institucijama kulture može susresti. Cilj rada je saznati koja su stajališta, mišljenja i uvjerenja zaposlenika kulturnih institucija o njihovom radnom mjestu. Pritom se nastoji ispitati kako oni funkcioniraju na poslu i što bi htjeli promijeniti u budućnosti.
Abstract (english)
This thesis will first define the concept of human resource management, as well as the theories and models that impact business operations. In the following sections, the concept of cultural institutions and their role in society and their mode of operation will be explained. After explaining the essential concepts, human resource management in cultural institutions will be discussed. This is divided into key aspects: recruitment and selection, employee training and development, motivation and rewards, performance management and organizational culture and climate. Then, all the challenges and opportunities that human resource management in cultural institutions may encounter will be described. The aim of this thesis is to discover the attitudes, opinions, and beliefs of employees in cultural institutions about their workplace. The intention is to examine how they function at work and what they would like to change in the future.
