Abstract
Ispitna anksioznost predstavlja složen i višedimenzionalan fenomen koji se javlja u situacijama procjene i testiranja te može značajno utjecati na obrazovno iskustvo učenika, ali i budući njegov umjetnički razvoj. Ovaj rad s jedne je strane istaknuo različite aspekte ispitne anksioznosti u obrazovnom kontekstu, dok se s druge strane osvrće na nastavu u osnovnoj glazbenoj školi i anksioznost koja se pojavljuje u izvedbenom kontekstu. Naglasak se stavlja na različite metode suočavanja s ispitnom anksioznosti te pristupe kojima si učenici mogu olakšati stresne ispitne situacije, a samim time utjecati i na svoj školski uspjeh te psihičko i fizičko stanje. Posebno se ističe potreba za humanistički usmjerenim nastavnim pristupom, koji doprinosi stvaranju podržavajućeg i sigurnog obrazovnog okruženja u kojem učenici mogu ostvariti svoj puni potencijal u svim segmentima glazbenog obrazovanja te uspješno prevladati izazove vezane uz ispitnu anksioznost u odgojno-obrazovnom i izvedbenom kontekstu.
Abstract (english)
Exam anxiety represents a complex and multidimensional phenomenon that occurs in assessment and testing situations and can significantly impact students' educational experience as well as their future artistic development. This paper, on the one hand, highlights various aspects of exam anxiety in an educational context, while on the other hand, it focuses on teaching in a primary music school and the anxiety that arises in a performance context. Emphasis is placed on different methods of coping with exam anxiety and approaches that students can use to alleviate stressful exam situations, thereby affecting their academic success and their mental and physical well-being. Particularly emphasized is the need for a humanistic-oriented teaching approach, which contributes to the creation of a supportive and safe educational environment in which students can realize their full potential in all aspects of music education and successfully overcome challenges related to exam anxiety in educational and performance contexts.
